2024 Christmas Whimsy Box Collection

There are seven boxes in the Group 1 collection of 2024 Christmas Whimsy Boxes, each is one of a kind.

In the Group 1 boxes, scenes center around a 1940’s Christmas card paired with a vintage porcelain figurine. The figurines were made in occupied Japan during the mid-twentieth century. Boxes are approximately 2 inches deep and up to 6.5 inches high, and are made of wood and plaster cloth. Vintage or quality reproduction papers and trims enhance the mini scenes and each box is made with some combination of the following: vintage wallpapers made in the US, foil Dresden and woven trim made in Germany, velvet and fabric flower stems made in the Czech Republic, paper and fabric pine sprigs made in Austria, blown glass beads made in the Czech Republic, tinsel garland made in Germany.
